Low waist Black Maxi Skirt

Black pull-up maxi skirt that opens at the front with a short lined skirt inside. I usually turn the open to the side instead of keeping it in the middle. Skirt length 40” at the longest length. Runs a little big on me and I usually wear XS. Gently used, in good condition. For reference, I am 5’ 6”, 117 lbs
