Low rise bootcut

I thrifted these, I’m pretty sure they are men’s pants. They are a size 32 waist, but I’m a size 6-8 woman’s and they fit a bit lose/baggy. I’m 5’6 and they sit around/above my ankle so they’re on the shorter side.
