Low Profile Cross Cut Live Edge Wood Burl Bowl Serving Platter/Tray This is an incredible Low-Profile Cross Cut Live Edge Wood Burl Bowl Serving Platter/Tray. This platter is a cross-cut of the whole tree which includes the surrounding jagged bark which, along with this platter, was hand sanded and sealed with tung oil for its smooth and glossy finish. The knots and burls have all been finished off to create the natural stunning lines of the wood grain along with the wavy lines, banded swirls and tiny feathery curls. The platter resembles a gorgeous piece of agate!!! The wood is either Maple or Oak. This platter is large, measuring approximately 20.5" across by 16" wide. It is in excellent condition and can be used as a serving platter or displayed as a piece of art. This platter is such an incredible centerpiece in any rural or urban setting.
