Low Ball Offers Will Be Declined Outright!

I wish I didn't deem this necessary, but unfortunately low-balling has been a persistent issue here. Personally, I don't understand how anyone, especially other sellers, feel comfortable offering $5 for NWT items, fully aware of Posh fees, shipping materials, etc. Reasonable offers are great, and even offers on the lower side of the spectrum can be negotiated....What's not reasonable is offering half or less of the listed price, and will promptly be declined!
