New with tags Loveshackfancy skirt. 100% cotton. Bubblegum pink. Size 14 kids, but fits me perfect (juniors 2, 26-27 waist). Never worn a before, but came with a small, fingertip sized cut in the bottom hem on the back of the skirt (see photo). It’s not noticeable when wearing!
