scarlet_spells Hi💖. I was just wondering if u could tell me what condition the dress is in? Does it have any seams that are starting to bust or have busted on the top sheer layer? I just received another one of this dress, was supposed to be “NWT” but the seams all over the torso are all about to come out & seam has already busted on a side seam. So I am looking for one of this dress with out busting seams on the top layer.
