Fully lined. *Has thread loops on the side but the tie sash is not included. No holes, tears. There’s a mark on the backside left at the Waist (pic #7). Minor pulls at the front skirt (pic #8). And a small mark at the front middle of the skirt (pic #9). Shoulder-bottom measures about 31.5” long. Armpit-armpit measures about 14” across laid flat. Waist measures about 12.5” across laid flat.
