Lovers & Friends Green Floral Shoulder Dress NWT

NWT never worn. Would be great for a wedding, the dress is an emerald green color. It has two straps and the "sleeves" drop down your arm creating an "off the shoulder" or "cold shoulder" look. It's a size small (probably fit sizes 2-6).
