justjen70 @tearniemcgee. Two part message Hello, I just wanted to tell you, I purchased the Dior foundation from you. I used it 4 times and then the pump stopped working so I opened the bottle and it was completely empty, just product remaining on the sides of the bottle. You said you only used 2 pumps. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt because you were amazing at shipping it right away and packaging it so well. I’m guessing you didn’t know it was pretty empty.

justjen70 @tearniemcgee There is nothing I can do about it now but I just wanted to make you aware that maybe you should check products before sending them. Someone in your household may have used it with out you knowing. I also posted it here because I didn’t want to blast this on your page. What I did learn in the 4 times I used it is I LOVE it and will be purchasing a new bottle from Nordstroms. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you Jen

tearniemcgee @justjen70 oh my gosh!! Thank you so much for letting me know. Yeah i had no idea. I thought for sure it was almost full. Thank you for not putting me on blast! I will for sure double check all of them. Those glass bottles are tricky because they feel heavy! And again thank you!
