Lovers + Friends Off-Shoulder Dress

New! Lovers + Friends off shoulder dress in navy. Size small. There is a small stain that looks like bleach, I haven't tried to fix it, but it's not very noticeable with the dress on because it's on the inside. I bought for a wedding, and got too excited and took the tags off before realizing it wasn't the right size for me.
