Mia' sheath from Revolve has a crossed & layered front hemline, 3/4 sleeves and a slip lining. Round high neckline. All cuffs and hems have scalloped edges. Same cut as Lover's 'Rosebud' dress; but with a more elaborate paisley lace. Seen on Reese Witherspoon & Rosie Huntington-Whitely. New without tags- purchased as a reception dress for a May 2020 wedding that obviously did not happen as planned.
