Lovely white lace vintage skirt

This is a beautiful white lace vintage skirt which is excellent condition except for one tiny brown spot on the front. You can tell it's older because there are tiny white buttons and an older ribbon in the waist area. The length from waist to hem is 28 inches long and the waist is 21 inches wide but it can be made smaller with tightening of the ribbon. It's probably around a size 8 to 10.
