Lovely high low dress with fabulous neck detail

I'm honestly not sure if this dress is green or yellow but it definitely looks great with a tan! The detail on the front is fabulous! I love this dress, wore it twice, and on the second occasion my fiancé told me he hates the flower detail. Saddest of faces!! My loss is your gain!
