Lovely blue special occasion dress

A lovely blue dress elegant with a matching scarf. Laid flat mesurements 55in. Length, 16 1/2in. Empire Waist. This dress has been worn but is in good condition. There is minor discoloration under the arms, on the skirt and the shall. Its hard to see. A few stray threads but I couldn't find them to take pictures.
