Lovely blue collared sweatshirt with flowers

Long sleeved and white collared for the layered look make this a nice top for dressier events when warmth is important. So cute and practical for outdoor evening gatherings. Some pilling around inside of collar. *Note - The tag says XL but I keep it in my 14-16 section of wardrobe.
