Lovely Top-Dress

This is the cutest dress....it's sheer, so what you see in the photo is the dress over leggings and a tank top....those items are not part of this dress which is a sheer to wear over outfits. The perfect way to dress up a casual outfit all year long!. Below Knee Length with Rose Applique on the shoulder/chest area. Size Large Measures 21" across the chest armpit to armpit laying flat, 20" across the stop waist, Open hips and approx 47" from shoulder to hem. Lovely and fun!!
