I can't guarantee that it came from France but the friend who gave it to me said so. The collar has a soft fluff collar and same on sleeves. If measurements are needed I can provide. The coat has a four button front, slit in back and no pockets. Has only been worn 2-3 times.

kcinaz15 @delaperalez I do not know as there is no tag. I think it's like a fine yarn of black, off-white and silver fine threads. I would say dry clean only.
