lindamcmom Hello, I wanted to comment on your feedback of your purchase on the MIssoni bag you purchased from me. I am sorry you were not pleased. As far as your description, there is a difference in what I saw. I am not aware of any pet bites on the bag. There was some marks as described. I do not know how they got there since the bag was given to me. Also, all of the zipper pulls were in working order since I check everything on my sales. I take great pride in selling accurate quality items.
