Lovely Floral Dress

Such a pretty dress hat I purchased at Nordstrom for an event but never got to wear it. It's a creamy background with a navy and burgundy floral print (called tea rose). The flutter sleeves give it nice detail. Sits right below the knee. Size 20 brand new with tags. Bundle for additional savings.
