Lovely Day Floral Dress, Size S

Super cute black and white floral dress by Lovely Day. Can easily be dressed up or down depending on the event! Stretchy waist band in the middle to keep the top in place and create an A-line style while the bottom has some nice flow to it. There are two small areas in front where outer layer is frayed by the waistband (last picture).
