Lovely Blue and White knee length Skirt

Deep royal blue, second picture has most accurate color. Stretchy waist band, no size listed, but will fit someone between a 4-8 comfortably I think - my 29in waist and 5"4 frame shown modeling it. Bought it at very unique boutique 10 years ago. Was listed at $100 and I bought it on sale for $45. Worn maybe 6 times. Small stain/tear noted - no one can see it when worn, selling bc no longer wear long skirts :-)
