Lovely Black and white floral print boutique dress

Amazingly cute black and white floral print dress. Long bell sleeves and feature pretty white tassels. 32” from shoulder to hem measured lying flat. Can’t read the tag but I think it’s a poly blend material. Bought at a boutique but my shoulder are too broad and there’s not much stretch. My loss your gain...I LOVE this dress.
