The waist is 13" across, and is elastic. In my opinion, I think it could fit a small, but likely not a xs.

It was only worn once for a few hours. No flaws! It has a raw, frayed edge at the top, so there are a few loose strings. It can be seen in the second photo, but I can provide more pictures if you’d like.
