I’m 5’3 and the skirt hit me about mid-thigh if not a bit above. -Features: scalloped neck line, fit and flare, skater, v-neck -Material: 68% Rayon, 27% Nylon, and 5% Spandex. -In good pre-loved condition, I did not see any flaws. -Color: powder blue, it does kinda has a blue-purple hint to it though.
