Love this top! It’s a neon bow top.

I wear a small and this top fits really loose, too loose for me, it’s so cute and in the pic I have it over a jacket and it’s still loose. So we have to give it to someone who can rock it properly(sad face) I think it can fit a medium or large top. I’m 34b and it’s loose.
