Love streak, black pants with slits on sides

Roughly 42 inches long. Purchased and never worn tags removed. Roughly 13 inches across at top of waist band tag says large but these fit like a small or medium. Please refer to measurements these run very small in my opinion please check measurements prior to purchasing to ensure proper fit.
