Love in Striped summer maxi dress

This is a size small. Brand is "love in". Super soft and light feeling. I I'm 4'11 so it's too long on me. It would look great on someone a little taller!! Colors are beige, navy and white stripes. this is actually super cute and i wished it fit. however, it sadly is pretty long on me and doesn't look the way I wish it did!
