It is in very good condition, new without tag as shown in photos. The actual measurements follows: Shoulder 22in Chest or Bust 44in Cardigan Length 28in Arms Length 21in Based on the above measurement, this will fit nicely to chest measurement of 38-42 inches, however if left unbuttoned this will expands to a bigger or comfortable size.
