Love Vintage? This was Vintage when I purchased it from a thrift store in 1995.

Beautiful vintage completely beaded lace skirt and top. Elastic waist in skirt. Mermaid look. The top is mock turtle neck, Flutter sleeves to the elbow and has elastic waist to create the balloon effect. Hard to describe. Three hook and eye closure. Wore on a cruise once and to a formal affair at Walt Disney World once. Been in the closet since and time to go to a new home where it will be worn and appreciated. I have replaced the elastic in the waist of the skirt and top. All beads are still intact. Other than looking old fashion, or vintage, it is perfect. It is a long skirt. Perfect for that person who loves vintage dresses as much as I do. I do not have any idea how old it is. It was sold to me in 1995 as being vintage then.
