I LOVE this shirt! I have it in a couple of other fabrics and it’s just the cutest! The tie waist is very flattering and this pattern is adorable! It looks great over jeans, a mini or a pencil skirt. The tie waist belt loops through the whole skirt to create the perfect empire waist, you could wear it loose or bunch it up for s greater effect.
