Lovely chambray sleeveless dress, fully lined, navy embroidery, ruffle at hem and shoulders. Size 0, but I usually wear size 2-4, and this fit nicely. Measures 30” in length, shoulder to bottom, 13.5” flat at waist. Zipper at side. Like new.
