sarasunega Can u tell me the fabric percentages? Is there a lot of stretch to all areas? Can you measure the length and waist/smallest width

catsunflower @sarasunega It's super stretchy. Outside is 95% polyester 5% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester. Bust is 17 inches across laid flat. Length is 26 inches from top of bust to bottom of dress. Waist measures 11.5 inches flat unstretched, but would accommodate up to 28 inches at least. It's slightly loose on my 25 inch waist.
