classycozycool @gp0703 It is transparent, but has lining underneath to the thigh (like shorts). Therefore, it has a hint of see through on legs only. A size Medium or Large will work for you. They are Palazzo Pants, so are meant to be oversized. A medium will be a oversized in the legs and a little more fitted in the waist/hips (elastic waist). A large will be oversized all over on you. Thanks for your question. I'm a size 14, so that is why I can answer your question definitively.
