Love Culture Corset Top Floral Dress

This dress has a corset top with padding for your chest. The skirt has a layer of black tulle that peeks out from underneath. It comes with a belt and remove able adjustable straps. One of the straps does have a broken hook, I would recommend a safety pin. In the picture of the tag, the ribbon that is fraying is where the remove able straps hook in. It still works just has some fraying.
