@shopsparkles in general, yes it does fit true to size.
But like most brands I’ve experienced, I.e. Victoria’s Secret, drugstore bras & this brand, specifically unlined bras run small. For reference I’m a 36C in all bras except unlined with underwire like this one. Then I’m at least either a 38C or a 36D. (Unfortunately I just learned this recently & didn’t know this a when I bought it.)
