What do you mean color black was dyed from original yellow color? Does it mean color was altered by you?

Helli..I am really interested in this bag. I'm concerned that there is some discoloration which shows in one of the pictures. The 8th pic I believe shows something on the bottom of the purse. Not sure if it's a shadow or the ink from dying. Also what are the measurements?
