toomuchawesome @luckyyou711 the zipper has not been repaired only the edging by me (I repair bags) LV will not touch broken canvas. And it had rubbed all the way off. When I contacted them they said it was “normal” wear and tear and would not offer a replacement so I had no choice but to repair it myself. I work professionally repairing bags and understand this so I have priced accordingly 🥰
