Louis Vuitton Vintage Saumur Messenger Crossbody Travel Bag Monogram W/Dustbag

This is a pretty rare Louis Vuitton piece from the 1990s. Overall, the bag is an excellent condition for its age, the interior is pristine and the coated monogram leather is in beautiful shape. However the vachetta trim and straps are consistent with age - some cracking and darkness - But this bag has YEARS of life left in it, such tremendous quality. Also worth noting, that you can ship this bag to Louis Vuitton, and they will replace the vachetta- leaving you with a bag that looks brand new. I have used it both as a messenger/laptop bag (12” Mac Airbook) and as a carry-on when traveling. Comes with original dustbag. Here’s a description of the bag: The ‘classic’ Saumur is made of monogram canvas with Vachetta leather trims, and is lined with brown cotton canvas. Originally the LV Saumur is a crossbody bag, but it can of course be worn on as a shoulder bag as well. The shoulder strap can be adjusted in seven ways, but it’s possible to shorten the strap even more so it will look like an ‘actual’ shoulder bag.
