Vintage Louis Vuitton “Speedy 40” in Monogram Canvas, France, - no date code, Pre- 1983. Handcrafted in France, this particular speedy bag is a rare and early 1980’s edition. True to the speedy’s nature, the canvas is made of one continuous piece of material and has the opposite monogram on reversed side. Hardware is NOT stamped with the Louis Vuitton logo, which is indicative of the fabrication year. Canvased interior, brass hardware and retaining lock. S: Measures: 17” L x 7” D x 9” H
