tmdscd1999 Are you sure it's only 14.5" tall? I have the LV Large NOE and your bag should be quite a bit taller. It looks nice and large on your manican... unless she is the size of an 8 year old🧚‍♀️ it seems like it would taller than 14.5. The mannequin is a reg. petite adult women size , my adult daughters clothing size but taller,, The date code denotes; made in france, as for the heith, I am pretty sure it is correct, but will have it double checked, and get back to you.. :)

tmdscd1999 You don't have to measure again, yours is the PM petite model of the Randonnee. The MM and LM are more of the 16" and 17.5" tall.🤪
