No lock but does feature a zipper lock - no key available. 17x8x10 inch. Two handles. Leather trim. Heavy duty zippers. Exceptionally clean cloth interior lined. See pix. Very minor marks to edges and some light scuffs not very noticeable, stitching on handle seems to be reinforced. One loose stitch.
