In near excellent condition. The outside pocket and the inside back pockets were sticky so the lining was replaced. The pen pockets were sealed shut since replacing the lining was not an option. So end result a non-sticky super professional briefcase. Ask all questions and review all pictures closely. There is no cracking and glazing is in tact. There are no rips.
