I purchased from the LV website in June 2019. My first LV bag. :) Spot in the bottom of the liner that I couldn’t get out even though I always used the bag with an insert (pictures 8,9, and 11). I can include the insert with sale. Pochette not included. Dustbag included no box. One tiny piece out of trim as shown in picture 4 and a bit of wear on the bottom part where the shoulder strap connects on one side. Both of these are very tiny. No cracked trim.
