sapphireroseee6 @blueydgal9 Would i need the receipt in order to refurbish in store? Am i able to wear the bag from the handles before refurbishing (i will refurbish as soon as possible but will still love to rock it until i can get to refurbish!) and is that red stain nail polish or is it something else? I am familiar with removing nail polish from designer bags if it is just nail polish!

blueydgal9 You can def still rock the bag! I have been wearing it and the side strap needs to be reattached but I tuck it into the bag and you can’t really tell. The red is not nail polish, just the inside material. It is fraying in the pocket , but if it doesn’t bother you , you don’t need to get it replaced. I am not sure about repair in the store , but purserehab is another great option! Or local shoe and bag repair.
