@mimimakes7 hi! I’m sorry for the late response. Thank you for your interest in this classic LV piece! The LV Trouville and Deauville bags are known to have a certain smell to them because of the waterproof material inside. This bad in particular does have a noticeable smell to it because I worked hard to neutralize it as much as possible (using baking soda to remove or reduce it).
