Please look at last picture to see a tiny separation which is hardly noticeable and does not affect the function. The date code is CA0073. I have included some filler paper for it and you can also use the pen holder. The rings work fine and the snap closure is excellent. It has 3 credit card slots and two larger inside pockets and everything is clean! Comes from smoke and pet free environment with fast shipping!
