I have a question about this bag ?I have it as well and my strap broke do you know if they make replacements and did you get yours cleaned or conditioned because yours look like it’s still in great shape?!!

@jessmwestpena Hello, you can get the strap replaced at LV or maybe even take it to a cobbler in your area for repair . As for cleaning, you can use a leather cleaner and conditioner like Cadillac or Apple care. I also wanted to try Leather CPR but have not tried it yet.
