alli1023 @agerszzz hi there, did you have to pay to get the edges reglazed? I own this bag and mine has some cracking I’d like to get repaired too

agerszzz @alli1023 when I took it in I was told that I would have to, and signed the order that I would pay at pick up, I don’t recall what I was quoted to complete the reglazing, (maybe $300) However, when I went to pick up my bag I was told it was warrantied. I think it may depend on how they see it during the repair, the level of overall wear and tear compared to just the edges. My bag was in awesome shape, so maybe they saw the edges were not on par with the condition. Hope this helps.

brooke1218 @agerszzz ok, thank you. In the stock photo is looks like a true navy but in your photos it looks like it may have a brighter, teal tone to it. What do you think?
