@felizboutthat this is a beautiful bag. LV will do the very best job with repairs. You have the option of either staining it so that the color is more uniform or painting it. The entire point of the bag is that gorgeous vachetta, though, so I personally don’t recommend painting. Are the darker areas paint or water?

So I had to show proof of purchase to have LV repair an artsy handle a few years back.

@valora_starr I come with news that there is no way I can repair this bag without stripping it’s entirety and replacing it with the same expensive leather. I think the $600 is to replace the whole bag.

@parkso25 thank you for letting me know! Yes. I’ve thought of repurposing into a floral vase covering turned onto side, chop up and make luxury keychains, sewing a different thicker fabric into that side to close it up…gosh, so many creative things yet wanted to give the world a chance to fix it the LV way first. The handles and brass could be used to fix another monogram speedy.
