Unfortunately I also think this is a replica. You said it was purchased in April 2018, but the date code has it being made in June 2018. Also GI is a code for bags made in Spain. Not usually sold here in the USA. Sorry, since it was a gift, you may not have known it was a replica 😭

@msp6h @ellielgould first two numbers of date code is the year it was made and last number is the month. Which means it was manufactured in AUGUST OF 2016. And purchased of APRIL OF 2018. Bought on the LV WEBSITE. The person that bought for me as a gift got it because my purse before this one got stolen from my car and I saw them physically buy it online. I can post a close up of the MADE IN SPAIN label if necessary. If I knew this was a replica I would have been taken it down. 🤷🏻♀️
